Blush stick, highlighter and 3-in-1 palette: the new makeup from divain Care

Last weekend we launched makeup at divain Care. Three products built around the same idea: looking fresh in no time without carrying half a makeup bag. A blush stick that also works on lips and eyelids, a highlighter stick and a mini palette with blush, bronzer and highlighter. All three are vegan.

Here's what each one is, how to apply it, which shade to choose and how to pair them.

Multi Stick: a blush stick for cheeks, lips and eyes

The Multi Stick is a cream blush in stick form. The best part is that it doesn't stop at your cheeks: the same colour works on lips and eyelids, so one stick gives you the whole look in a single shade.

The texture melts into the skin, leaves no greasy feel and is water-resistant. It blends with your fingers in seconds and the colour builds in layers: one dab for a natural flush, another swipe if you want it stronger. It's fragrance-free.

How to apply it

  1. Twist up the stick and dab it two or three times straight onto the top of your cheek.
  2. Blend with your fingers, a sponge or a brush, always working upwards.
  3. Use what's left on your fingertip to add a little to your eyelid or lips.
  4. For more intensity, apply another layer on top. Start with a little.

The five shades

  • Bliss (coral pink). The classic flush, made fresh. The easiest one if it's your first cream blush.
  • Bare (warm nude). Like your skin, only better. For everyday wear and soft sculpting.
  • Spice (coral red). Sun-kissed effect: it warms up the skin and wakes up your face instantly.
  • Toasted (toasted terracotta). Half blush, half bronzer. The just-back-from-holiday shade.
  • Vamp (deep berry). The most intense. One dab gives a cold-weather flush; layered, an evening lip.

Who it's for: anyone who wants to do their makeup in two minutes, anyone who travels light and anyone who has never tried a cream blush and doesn't know where to start (in that case, go for Bliss or Bare).

Highlighter Stick: a highlighter stick with a fine pearly glow

The Highlighter Stick is a cream highlighter in stick form. It gives a fine pearly glow with no chunky glitter, and its creamy texture melts into your skin and over your makeup without shifting it.

Apply it where the light hits: the top of the cheekbone, the bridge of the nose, the inner corner of the eye, under the brow arch and on the cupid's bow. It's buildable, from a subtle sheen to a well-defined glow depending on the layers. Non-greasy, water-resistant and fragrance-free.

How to apply it

Glide the stick over the high point and blend the edges with your finger or a sponge. Build the glow little by little: adding is always easier than taking away.

The two shades

  • Halo (champagne). Soft gold. Flatters medium and tanned skin, and everyone in summer.
  • Kissed (rosy). Pearly pink with a well-rested effect. Very easy on fair skin.

3-in-1 Palette: blush, bronzer and highlighter in your pocket

The 3-in-1 Palette is three pressed powders stacked in a pot that fits in the palm of your hand: blush, bronzer and highlighter, with a mirror in the lid. Each powder is 0.9 g. It's made for touch-ups anywhere, or for taking your whole look on a trip without a makeup bag.

How to apply it

  • Blush: on the cheeks, in dabs, blending upwards.
  • Bronzer: on the eyelid and under the cheekbone.
  • Highlighter: on the nose and on top of the cheekbone.

It's vegan. If you prefer powder textures to creams, this is your format.

How to pair them

All three work on their own, but they get along really well together. For every day: Multi Stick in Bare on cheeks and eyelids, a touch of Highlighter Stick in Kissed on the cheekbone and the palette in your bag for afternoon touch-ups. For the evening: Vamp on the lips and Halo on top of the cheekbone.

If you like a no-makeup look, here's our guide to nude makeup step by step: cream sticks suit that style perfectly.

You'll find all three new launches together in the divain Care makeup collection.

FAQ

Yes. The Multi Stick is designed for cheeks, lips and eyelids. Apply a small amount and blend with your fingers; it builds up in layers.

Which highlighter shade should I choose?

Halo, a champagne gold, flatters medium and tanned skin. Kissed, a pearly pink, is the easiest on fair skin.

What's the difference between the Multi Stick and the 3-in-1 Palette?
