Deep rest and emotional relaxation. This blend of pure essential oils is 100% organic and combines three plants with relaxing properties: Ylang Ylang, Lavender, and Marjoram. This aromatic synergy is designed to promote deep rest and emotional relaxation, preparing the body and mind for restorative sleep and a soothing, tranquil nighttime environment.

Topical use: Dilute 2 drops of essential oil in 10 ml of vegetable oil (almond, argan, or jojoba) or cream. Shake and apply to the skin with gentle massages before sleeping.

Hair use: Mix with a vegetable oil, mask, or hair tonic. Apply to the hair with relaxing massages.

Home use: Add 5-8 drops to your diffuser or ceramic/stone air freshener undiluted 30 minutes before going to bed to create a relaxing nighttime atmosphere.
