BLACK MONTH DRAW

  1. Organizing Company
    The company organizing this draw is divain. (hereinafter, "the Organizer").

  2. Purpose of the Draw
    The Organizer will hold a draw in which a prize will be awarded to a single winner among participants who meet the conditions established in these rules.

  3. Participation Requirements
    To participate in the draw, interested parties must meet the following requirements:

    • Make a minimum purchase of 50 € in any of the divain Parfums stores.

    • Be residents of any country in the European Union, England, Canada, the United States, or Mexico.

    • Be at least 18 years old.

  4. Draw Mechanics

    • All purchases made between 00:00h (CET) and 23:59h (CET) of each week of the promotion, meeting the minimum purchase requirement of 50 €, will enter the draw for the prize corresponding to that date. There will be a single winner per promotion.
    • To participate, you must be subscribed to the website newsletter.

  1. Winner Selection and Communication

    • The winner will be selected by random draw, which will be held on December 18 (except for the draw on November 11, which will be held on December 2, and the draw on December 1, which will be held on January 8, 2026).

    • The winner will be contacted by email and announced on social media.

  2. Prize Shipping

    • The prize will be sent to the winner after they have been contacted and have confirmed their delivery details.  

    • divain Team will cover the shipping costs.

    • If the corresponding order is returned, the participant will automatically lose their winner status, even if they have already been selected as such.

  3. Acceptance of the Prize
    The winner will have 72 hours to accept the prize after receiving the notification. If the winner does not respond within the indicated time, a new winner will be selected.

  4. Data Protection
    The personal data of the participants will be processed in accordance with current personal data protection legislation and used only for the management of the draw.

  5. Modification of the Terms and Responsibilities
    divain Team reserves the right to modify these terms, suspend the draw, or cancel it if necessary due to force majeure.

  6. Acceptance of the Terms
    Participation in the draw implies full acceptance of these terms.

Prizes (the prizes will be revealed each week):

  • Prize for the draw of the week from November 2nd to 9th: iPhone 17 256GB + AirPods Pro.

  • Prize for the draw of the week from November 10th to 16th: Set of small household appliance products from the CREATE brand.

  • Prize for November 11th exclusively for purchases made that day: A trip to Prague

  • Prize for the draw of the week from November 17th to 23rd: Fildo electric bicycle and Dyson Airwrap hair styler

  • Prize for the draw of the week from November 24th to 26th: Thermomix TM7 and iPad Pro

  • Prize for the draw on December 1st, exclusively for purchases made that day: A PlayStation 5
