Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-order purchases, or try before you buy. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

This policy complements our General Terms and Conditions of Sale and details the conditions applicable to purchasing items through subscription, pre-order, or trial programs.

Subscriptions

By purchasing a subscription on our website, you agree to a recurring delivery model, with the frequency and duration selected during the purchase process. The terms governing this service are detailed below.

Operation and Payment

  • Recurring Deliveries: You will receive your products periodically according to the selected frequency (e.g., monthly, bimonthly).
  • Automatic Billing: By subscribing, you authorize the secure storage of your payment data and the automatic, recurring charge of the amount corresponding to each delivery cycle. The charge will be made before each order is shipped.
  • Automatic Renewal: For your convenience, all subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the contracted period (e.g., a 3-month subscription will renew for another 3 months), unless you cancel it following the procedure described in this policy.

Cancellation Policy

In line with best practices and current regulations, we have simplified the cancellation process to be as easy as subscribing.

  • How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time without justification through your customer account management panel or by using the direct links provided in the order confirmation emails.
  • Cancellation Deadline: To avoid the charge and shipment of the next cycle, cancellation must be made at least 7 business days before the scheduled renewal date. If cancellation occurs after this deadline, the next order will be processed, and the cancellation will take effect for the following cycle.
  • Effect of Cancellation: Cancellation stops all future renewals and charges. No refunds will be issued for orders already charged or shipped at the time of cancellation.

Right of Withdrawal (Purchases in the European Union)

According to Spanish and European legislation (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase.

  • Deadline: You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your first subscription product to exercise this right, without needing to provide justification.
  • How to Exercise It: You must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract via our customer service email or by filling out the withdrawal form available on our website.
  • Refund: Once withdrawal is notified, we will refund all payments received, including initial delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), within a maximum of 14 calendar days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
  • Exceptions: According to the law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the return of cosmetic products that have been unsealed after delivery, for reasons of health protection and hygiene.

Returns and Refunds

Our returns policy distinguishes between the legal right of withdrawal and other situations.

  • Subscriptions: Outside the 14-day initial right of withdrawal period, returns are not accepted, nor are refunds offered for products received in your subscription, unless the item is defective.
  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receipt so we can offer a solution, which may be a product replacement or a full refund. For more details, please see our Returns Policy.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. In case of substantial changes, we will notify you at least 15 days in advance so you can review the changes and, if you disagree, cancel your subscription before they take effect.


Pre-order Purchases

When you buy a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is out of stock or will soon be available but is not yet in inventory. We may not charge any payment or may charge a deposit at the time of payment, store your payment method, and then make and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not been prepared. If the order has already been prepared, you cannot cancel it.

Try & Buy

With the "Try & Buy" or "Try before you open" purchase service, you can check that the fragrance you bought is the one you wanted. If you don’t like it or don’t want to keep it for any reason (we will only ask for another reason to improve our service), you can return it within the estimated return period. This service is only offered for 100ml fragrances, excluding those sold in sealed packages and fragrances in the ESSENTIAL category, as they do not include Try & Buy.
