BLACK MONTH RAFFLE

  1. Organizing Company
    The company organizing this draw is divain. (hereinafter, "the Organizer").

  2. Purpose of the Raffle
    The Organizer will hold a raffle in which a prize will be awarded to a single winner among participants who meet the conditions established in these rules.

  3. Participation Requirements
    To participate in the raffle, interested parties must meet the following requirements:

    • Make a minimum purchase of 50 € in any of the divain Parfums stores.

    • Be residents of any country in the European Union, England, Canada, the United States, or Mexico.

    • Be at least 18 years old.

  4. Raffle Mechanics

    • All purchases made between 00:00h (CET) and 23:59h (CET) of each week of the promotion, meeting the minimum purchase requirement of 50 €, will enter the draw for the prize corresponding to that date. There will be a single winner per promotion.
    • To participate, you must be subscribed to the website's newsletter.

  1. Selection and Announcement of the Winner

    • The winner will be selected by random draw, which will be held on December 18 (except for the November 11 draw, which will be held on December 2).

    • The winner will be contacted by email and announced on social media.

  2. Prize Shipment

    • The prize will be sent to the winner after being contacted and confirming their delivery details  

    • divain Team will cover the shipping costs.

    • If the corresponding order is returned, the participant will automatically lose their winner status, even if they had already been selected as such.

  3. Acceptance of the Prize
    The winner will have a period of 72 hours to accept the prize after receiving the notification. If the winner does not respond within the indicated time, a new winner will be selected.

  4. Data Protection
    The personal data of the participants will be processed in accordance with current legislation on personal data protection and used solely for the management of the draw.

  5. Modification of the Terms and Responsibilities
    divain Team reserves the right to modify these terms, suspend the raffle, or cancel it if necessary due to force majeure.

  6. Acceptance of the Terms
    Participation in the draw implies full acceptance of these terms.

Prizes (the prizes will be revealed each week):

  • Prize for the draw of the week from November 2 to 9: Iphone 17 256GB + Airpods Pro.

  • Prize for the draw of the week from November 10 to 16: Set of small household appliance products from the CREATE brand.

  • Prize for November 11 exclusively for purchases made that day: A trip to Prague

  • Prize for the draw of the week from November 17 to 23: Fildo electric bicycle and Dyson Airwrap hair styler

  • Prize for the draw of the week from November 24 to 26: Thermomix TM7 and iPad Pro

  • Prize for the draw on December 1, exclusively for purchases made that day: A PlayStation 5
