Floral orientals are the most accessible: amber envelops a jasmine or iris heart without becoming heavy. Spicy orientals add pepper or cardamom to gain vibrancy and character. Woody orientals, with oud and sandalwood, are the most intense and those with the greatest projection. Gourmand orientals, with vanilla and caramel mixed in resins, are the favourites for autumn and winter.

Orientals shine in the cold months and nocturnal contexts: a dinner, an evening out, an occasion where you want to leave a lasting impression. Body temperature activates the resins and amplifies the projection naturally.
