Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or try-before-you-buy. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

This policy complements our General Terms and Conditions of Sale and details the conditions applicable to the purchase of items through subscriptions, pre-orders, or trial programs.

Subscriptions

By purchasing a subscription on our website, you agree to a recurring delivery model, the frequency and duration of which are selected during the purchase process. The terms governing this service are detailed below.

Operation and Payment

Recurring Deliveries: You will receive your products periodically according to the selected frequency (e.g., monthly, bimonthly).

Automatic Billing: By subscribing, you authorize the secure storage of your payment details and the automatic and recurring charge of the corresponding amount for each delivery cycle. The charge will be made before each order is shipped.

Automatic Renewal: For your convenience, all subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of the contracted period (e.g., a 3-month subscription will renew for another 3 months), unless you cancel it following the procedure described in this policy.

Cancellation Policy

In line with best practices and applicable regulations, we have simplified the cancellation process so that it is as easy as subscribing.

How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time and without justification through your customer account management panel or by using the direct links provided in the order confirmation emails.

Cancellation Deadline: To avoid being charged and receiving the next cycle, cancellation must be made at least 7 business days before the scheduled renewal date. If cancellation occurs after this period, the next order will be processed and the cancellation will take effect in the following cycle.

Effect of Cancellation: Cancellation stops all future renewals and charges. No refunds will be issued for orders that have already been charged or shipped at the time of cancellation.

Right of Withdrawal (Purchases in the European Union)

In accordance with Spanish and European legislation (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase.

Deadline: You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your first subscription product to exercise this right, without providing any reason.

How to Exercise It: You must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract via our customer service email or by completing the withdrawal form available on our website.

Refund: Once the withdrawal is notified, we will reimburse all payments received, including the cost of initial delivery (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), within a maximum of 14 calendar days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.

Exceptions: In accordance with the law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to cosmetic products that have been unsealed after delivery, for reasons of health protection and hygiene.

Returns and Refunds

Our return policy distinguishes between the legal right of withdrawal and other situations.

Subscriptions: Outside the initial 14-day withdrawal period, returns are not accepted and refunds are not provided for products received through a subscription, unless the item is defective.

Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receipt so that we can offer you a solution, which may include a product replacement or a full refund. For more details, please refer to our Return Policy.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. In the event of substantial changes, we will notify you at least 15 days in advance so that you can review the changes and, if you do not agree, cancel your subscription before they come into effect.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is out of stock or will soon be available, but is not yet in inventory. We may not charge any payment or may charge a deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and then process and charge the full payment or the remaining balance at a future date.

You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been prepared. If the order has already been prepared, it cannot be canceled.

Try & Buy

With the “Try & Buy” or “Try before opening” purchase service, you can check whether the fragrance of the purchased perfume is the one you wanted. If you do not like it, or do not wish to keep it for any reason (we will not ask for justification beyond improving our service), you may return it within the applicable return period.

This service is only available for 100 ml perfumes, excluding those sold in closed packages and perfumes in the ESSENTIAL category, as they do not include Try & Buy.
