  1. Organising Company
    The organising company of this prize draw is DIVAIN Team (hereinafter “the Organiser”), with its registered office at Ctra Astorga Pi 34, 24710 San Justo de la Vega, León, Spain.

  2. Purpose of the Prize Draw
    The Organiser will carry out a prize draw in which a prize will be awarded to a single winner among the participants who meet the conditions set out in these rules.

  3. Eligibility Requirements
    To participate in the prize draw, interested individuals must meet the following requirements:

    • Make a minimum purchase of €50 in any of the divainparfums stores.
    • Be residents of any country in the European Union, England, the United States, or Mexico.
    • Be at least 18 years of age.

  4. Draw Mechanics
    All purchases made between 00:00 and 23:59 each day of the promotion that meet the minimum purchase requirement of €50 will be entered into the prize draw for that day. There will be a single winner for each day of the promotion.

  5. Winner Selection and Notification

    • The winner will be selected by random draw, which will take place 5 days after the date of the relevant purchase.
    • The winner will be contacted by email and announced on social media.

  6. Prize Delivery

    • The prize will be sent to the winner 15 days after the receipt of the order meeting the minimum purchase of €50.
    • DIVAIN Team will cover the shipping costs.
    • In the event that the corresponding order is returned, the participant will automatically lose their winner status, even if they had already been selected as such.

  7. Acceptance of the Prize
    The winner has 72 hours to accept the prize after receiving notification. Should the winner not respond within the specified timeframe, a new winner will be selected.

  8. Data Protection
    Participants’ personal data will be processed in accordance with current data protection legislation and used solely for the management of the prize draw.

  9. Modification of Rules and Liability
    DIVAIN Team reserves the right to modify these rules, suspend the prize draw, or cancel it if necessary due to force majeure.

  10. Acceptance of the Rules
    Participation in the prize draw implies full acceptance of these rules.
