Brian C. Ordered a number of fragrances, quality is decent enough for the price. However I had an issue with my order so tried the contact through the website which is a chatbot and a very poor inflexible one.
Searched for an email contact which was very hard to find, clearly they don't want people to contact them directly, and sent my query via email explaining the chatbot couldn't resolve my query and have heard absolutely zero back after more than two weeks, not even a "we received your email" auto response. Nothing, nada, zip.
If your order is fine I'm sure you'll be happy, if not then don't expect any level of service in response if it falls outside their automated systems.
Unlikely to buy again to be honest.

Jose Lo compre pensando que era un sándalo más intenso como el de santas 33 pero no, es un perfume cítrico, fresco con unos toques de madera de sándalo en el secado y almizclé por doquier, es una maravilla.
