How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Your order will reach you in 7-10 working days as long as you order before 5pm. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

Do you ship anywhere?

We ship to Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland and Northern Ireland BT Postcodes, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia. We do not ship to the Channel Islands or United Kingdom, neiter do we offer deliveries to Germany.


How can I know the intensity or olfactory family of the perfume?

Each of our fragrances has a description in which we orientate you with regard to intensity, recommended season of the year in which to use the perfume, and the olfactory family to which it belongs. Just click on the perfume and you will see the description.

How many hours will the perfume last on my skin?

The estimated duration of our fragrances is between 6 and 10 hours, depending on the type of fragrance and the skin.

What payment options do I have in the online store?

You can pay with a credit card (we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Electron, Maestro and 4B) and Quick Pay. You can also pay with SCALAPAY and pay in 3 months interest free.


Do you have any physical stores where I can buy your perfumes?

We do not have any physical stores. We only sell online. We understand that it is difficult to buy a perfume if you haven’t already tried it, but with our satisfaction guaranteed policy, you can rest easy if you are not completely satisfied.


How and when can I request a return?

If you are not completely satisfied with your perfume, get in touch with our customer service to request a return of your order within 14 days from the delivery date.

You must contact us by writing an email or by using the chat on our website. To speed up the process, you can also go to the "returns" section that you can find on your user account and communicate that you want to make said return.

How do I return the perfume?

In order to return the perfume, be aware that it cannot have been used or manipulated, it must be in perfect condition, the same way in which you've received it, keeping the seal and send it inside the same shipping box and its original packaging.

Do I have to return the samples as well?

No. The 3ml sample that you will receive, which will be used to test the chosen perfume beforehand, is completely free. In the event that you want to return the original 100ml product, you can keep the sample.

However, if the purchase of a product includes a gift, then if you want to return your perfumes, you must also include the said gift in perfect condition and by keeping the seal.

Do I have to pay the costs for the return?

No. DIVAIN assumes the return costs, so you will not have to bear any costs.

How long will it take before I get the money back from the return?

Once the refund has been made, you will receive the money within 1-7 working days. This may vary depending on the intermediary bank

Are the shipping costs of the initial order refunded as well?

No. The shipping costs of the initial order are final and will not be reimbursed.

Can I return all of the products from the website?

No. At DIVAIN we do not accept returns of the following products:
-Sample Packs
-Discovery Set

Promotional codes

How can I use my promotional code?

If you have a promotional code, you can receive a discount when you buy our products. Follow these steps to receive your discount:

1) Select a product from our online store and add it to your basket (it needs to be included in the offer associated with the code in question), and click on the “Complete order” button.
2) A box will appear in which you can enter the promotional code. Enter the code in this box and click “Use.”

Information about promotional codes:
They are only valid if they meet the terms of the offer or discount.
They cannot be applied once the order has already been placed.
They cannot be combined with other promotions, offers or discounts. If your order is subject to more than one promotion or discount, we will apply the one which gives you the greater discount. 


Can I purchase perfume samples?

The sale of individual samples is no longer available on our website, but fortunately with our Try&Buy system for each purchase, we guarantee that, if you do not like it, you can return the perfume without problems or additional cost 😀
