Due to the increase in the volume of orders processed this week of the year and with the addition of restrictions in some areas of the country, caused by the expansion of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, delivery times may sometimes be altered. But we continue to guarantee deliveries 100% to all destinations.

Do you charge for shipping?

Our shipping is free of charge with the purchase of 2 or more perfumes. The shipping cost is 3,95€.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Your order will reach you in 4-5 working days as long as you order before 5pm. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

Do you ship anywhere?

We ship to United Kingdom, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden. We do not ship to the Channel Islands. 

Do you send samples?

All our orders include free samples. At the moment it is not possible to choose them, however this service will be available soon.


How can I know the intensity or olfactory family of the perfume?

Each of our fragrances has a description in which we orient you regarding the intensity, the recommended season of the year in which to use the perfume, and the olfactory family to which it belongs. Just click on the perfume and you will see the description.

How many hours will the perfume last on my skin?

The estimated duration of our fragrances is between 6 and 10 hours, depending on the type of fragrance and the skin.

Payment methods

What payment options do I have in the online store?

You can pay with Paypal Express, Amazon Pay, with a credit card (we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Electron, Maestro and 4B) and Quick Pay.


Do you have any physical stores where I can buy your perfumes?

We do not have any physical stores. We only sell online. We understand that it is difficult to buy a perfume if you haven’t already tried it, but with our satisfaction guaranteed policy, you can rest easy if you are not completely satisfied.


If I don’t like the perfume I receive, can I return it?

Of course. Our policy of satisfaction guaranteed is very clear: BUY, TRY AND ENJOY! If you are not completely satisfied, we will return your money with no cost to you.

How many days do I have to try the perfume?

You have 14 days once your package arrives and you may return it if you have not used more than 25% of the container’s contents. Also, you need to return it in its original packaging, and we will send our agency to pick it up conveniently at the address that you give us.

How many days does it take for you to return my money?

If you have purchased and returned a perfume, we will credit you the total amount that you paid on the same day that we receive the package in our facilities. Normally this will be in one business day within Spain and from 8 to 10 business days for other countries.

What do I do if the perfume arrives damaged?

If you purchase a perfume and when you open it you find that it is damaged, you can contact through our chat here. We will replace the perfume and will pick up the damaged product at no cost to you.

What if I receive a perfume that I didn’t order?

You can report the incident through our chat here. We will correct the error, send you the correct perfume and pick up the perfume that you received in error.

In the case that a purchase is made with a discount code.

If you have bought one or more fragrances using a discount code and this code is related to the quantity of fragrances then a return may mean that you forfeit this discount on returning a product. This is due to the order no longer meeting the terms and conditions of the discounted offer.

Promotional codes

How can I use my promotional code?

If you have a promotional code, you can receive a discount when you buy our products. Follow these steps to receive your discount:

1) Select a product from our online store and add it to your basket (it needs to be included in the offer associated with the code in question), and click on the “Complete order” button.
2) A box will appear in which you can enter the promotional code. Enter the code in this box and click “Use.”

Information about promotional codes:
They are only valid if they meet the terms of the offer or discount.
They cannot be applied once the order has already been placed.
They cannot be combined with other promotions, offers or discounts. If your order is subject to more than one promotion or discount, we will apply the one which gives you the greater discount. 


Can I request samples to try out a perfume?

No. If you want to try one of our perfumes, we recommend that you buy it, try it and enjoy it. If in the end you don’t like it for whatever reason, you can return it at no cost to you.

Will you send samples with my order?

Of course. We add at least two samples of our perfumes in 3 ml spray bottles to every order, which are selected by DIVAIN PARFUMS. At this time it is not possible to choose your samples but we are working on it to give you the option as soon as possible. 

Where is my order?

Go to your account to check the status of your order, make a return, cancel an item or check on the status of a refund.
