DIVAIN PARFUMS has a very clear and simply policy that corresponds with its slogan and fundamental philosophy:

BUY IT, TRY IT, LOVE IT!

IF YOU DON’T LIKE IT, YOUR MONEY BACK.

If you have bought one of our perfumes through our website: www.divainparfums.com and you are not completely satisfied for any reason, we will refund you the total amount you paid. Just like that.

There are only 2 conditions:

  1. It must be within 14 days from receipt of your order at the address you provided us with.
  2. You must not have used more than a quarter of the perfume.

If you meet these conditions, the procedure is very simple. Just get in touch with our customer services any way you want (chat, email or phone…) and tell us three things:

1) Order number, 2) the perfume(s) you wish to return 3) reason for the return and we will issue you a returns label right away for you to make a return via your local Post office.

Remember, you need to return the perfume in its original box. Don’t worry if the box is broken, it doesn’t matter – but it is very important that you put the perfume inside it and seal the box well, so that it doesn’t break on its journey back to us. You should cut along the dotted line sticking the label, unobscured on the OUTSIDE of the box and including the instructions with our order number on INSIDE the box.

On the same day we receive the package at our facilities – 3 -5 working days – we will refund you the amount you paid. Please allow up to 10 days before contacting us as we can experience delays especially during holiday seasons.
