Shipping Policy

DIVAIN guarantees its customers, hands on delivery with signature or the deposit of the order in a parcel shop connected to GLS, that will be responsible for tracking and monitoring your shipment.

You can also follow your package by using GLS tracking link, by entering your tracking number which GLS provides you by email after having placed your order on our website www.divainparfums.com.

Hereby we inform you that DIVAIN is not responsible for shipping or delivery incidents, when the client by his own will and action has requested a delivery method different from the ones offered by DIVAIN (delivery with signature or deposit in parcel shop are the only ones guaranteed by DIVAIN). In this case, it is the client who must notify the incident directly with GLS, since DIVAIN cannot manage it longer, it is outside of our delivery agreement with the agency. DIVAIN does not guarantee either replacement or refund of the order in these mentioned cases.

In the case of an incident with a hands on delivered shipment with signature or deposit in Parcel Shop, DIVAIN will take care of all the necessary steps to resolve said incident, at no cost to the customer. It will only be necessary for you to contact us through:

In the case of a request to change the shipping address when the order has already left our warehouses, the customer must contact GLS directly to request this change due to the fact that at this moment, when the order is already in transit to its destination, DIVAIN cannot handle such a request on your behalf.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Your order will reach you in 7-10 working days as long as you order before 5pm. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
