Vergonzosa no atención al cliente

Llevo varios días intentando conseguir la etiqueta correcta para realizar la devolución de los diez perfumes y, pese a los tres correos que he enviado yo y otros tres enviados por mi hija, seguimos sin recibir ninguna respuesta ni la etiqueta.
La situación es vergonzosa y desesperante. Entiendo ahora perfectamente la cantidad de comentarios negativos que están recibiendo por su atención al cliente.
Necesito únicamente la etiqueta para poder efectuar la devolución. Si esta semana no recibimos una solución, la próxima semana presentaré la correspondiente reclamación ante Consumo.
