DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Topical use: Dilute 2 drops of essential oil in 10 ml of vegetable oil (almond, argan, or jojoba) or cream. Shake and apply to the skin with upward massages. Important: Do not apply before sun exposure.

Hair use: Mix with a vegetable oil, mask, or hair tonic. Apply to the scalp with stimulating massages.

Home use: Add 5-8 drops to your diffuser or ceramic/stone air freshener undiluted to create an energizing atmosphere.

Warnings: Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use directly on the skin without diluting. Not recommended for children under 3 years old. Lemon is photosensitive: do not apply on skin before sun exposure. Rosemary is not recommended during pregnancy, epilepsy, or hypertension. Peppermint should not be used by pregnant women or asthmatic individuals. Keep out of reach of children.
