1. Organiser

2. Duration and scope

This promotion covers orders paid between Monday 9 November 2026 at 00:00 and Sunday 15 November 2026 at 23:59 (Spanish peninsular time) in the European store: divainparfums.com and its app.

3. Who can enter

Anyone aged 18 or over who places an order in that period is entered automatically.
Each paid order counts as one entry.
Cancelled orders, returned orders and orders with a value of 0 are not entered.
Employees of DIVAIN TEAM SL cannot enter either.

4. Entry without purchase

You can also enter without making a purchase.
To do so, send an email to divain@divainparfums.com with the subject «Sorteo 5 pedidos», your full name and your country, within the same period.
Each person may send only one entry without purchase.
If an entry without purchase wins, the prize is a voucher to spend in the store for the average value of the winning orders.

5. Draw

On Monday 16 November 2026, 5 winners are chosen at random from all valid entries.
3 reserves are also chosen.
The draw is made using a random computer system. A record of the seed and of the list is kept so that the draw can be verified.
Each person can win only once.

6. Prize

The full amount of the winning order is refunded, including products and shipping costs.
The refund is made to the same payment method within a maximum of 14 days.
The prize cannot be exchanged for another product or for money in any other form.
If the winning order is cancelled or returned before the prize is paid, the prize passes to a reserve.

7. Notification

Winners are notified by email, at the address used for the order, within 48 hours of the draw.
If a winner declines the prize or the order is not valid, the prize passes to a reserve.
