If you need a mask to help keep your dark circles at bay and as early prevention against expression lines, you're in luck. This delicious fruit is an excellent ingredient to prepare a homemade mask for young skin.

Strawberries are a source of vitamin E and antioxidants. They will help us maintain our healthy, impurity-free, and radiant skin. Also, by providing us with countless antioxidants, they also protect skin cells from free radicals.

As if that weren't enough, they are an excellent remedy to reduce puffiness and dark circles around the eyes, thanks to its anti-inflammatory properties. Just place two slices of strawberry on the eyes for 10 minutes.

For this, we will only need 3 tablespoons of red wine and 3 tablespoons of honey. We should mix all the ingredients well in a bowl and let it cool in the refrigerator.

The application time is between 15 minutes and 20 minutes, and because its ingredients are gentle on the skin, you can apply it more than once a week (even 3 or 4 times if you see your face tolerates it well).

Avocado and oil mask for dry skin

This ointment is ideal to apply before going to sleep, since the properties of its two main ingredients can act more thoroughly during the night.

For its preparation, you will only need an avocado and two tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin. The avocado pulp is mashed with a fork and the oil is added little by little while mixing everything. The result should be a mask with a creamy texture.

The acting time is 15 minutes. Afterwards, we will remove the residue with warm water. To enhance its properties, we recommend applying the moisturizing cream night before going to sleep.

A variant of this mask especially recommended for very damaged skin is achieved by adding aloe vera or sábila to the mixture
