Carmen D. I ordered 3 bottles of perfume. The delivery man did not call me despite me being at home during the delivery. He threw the package over my fence (I was alerted by the sound of breaking glass) and I got out just in time to see him drive off. I wrote to customer service for a refund but haven't got any answer in weeks. The only option is to send back, but I am obviously not going to send back a perfume soaked box of broken glass.
