Sandrina A. Nice scent but very weak.
As a negative to their customer service - there is virtually no reply to chat or email. All is a bad chatbot. This prevents me from making a refund as I ordered as a guest (not via the account) and they never sent me an email confirmation of the order despite dispatching it. So, I basically have no recourse for a refund.
Thank you for your feedback, Sandrina! We appreciate your thoughts on the scent and are sorry to hear about your experience with our customer service. Your comments are invaluable, and we will work to improve our communication.
